At a congress of the Progressive party at WießbadeD, Herr Koksoh, a member of -|v the Reichstag, moved a resolution condemning the Government’s colonial polioy. He urged its abandonment, since ,| - the Motherland had expended 26 million J pounds during a decade for infinitesimal results. Another Deputy declared that the colonies were so worthless it was doubtless if any nation would bid even if I they were offered for eale. The resolution y ’ was carried unanimously. •,
