As the Chinese Commissioners appointed to study parliaments were about to leave Pekin a bomb exploded inside their saloon,
Car Shu, the Cabinet Minister, was severely wounded, and Wutungfang slightly wounded. Others were more or less injured. The perpetrator was blown to pieces.
