DIVORCE CASES. / (Per Press Association.} Hokitika, last night. In the Divorce Court the oase of Bain v. Bain, husband’s petition, on tbe ground of desertion, was adjourned. In McOartney v. McCartney, husband’s petition, on the ground of desertion, his Honor reserved his decision. Iu Kyle v. Kyle and Hollow, husband's petition, on the ground of adulterv, a deores nisi was granted, with costs against the co-respondent. In the oase of Harley v. Joyoe, a decree for accounts, an order was made. The oase of Overton v. Webb, claim £ll9 for wages, was adjourned to the next sitting of the Court. ’
