BANKRUPTCY CASE.
(Pew Press Association.) Dunedin, last night. At Naseby to day the continuation of bankruptcy proceedings of Thomas Morgan and John Ewing was taken before the District Conrt. A petition had been dismissed by the registrar on the ground that the petitioning creditor bad not proved his debt and was unseoared, bat on an appeal to the Supremo Court the matter was referred back to take evidenoe aa to the security if any. After hearing evidence and eounsel the registrar made an order adjndicatiug Ewing a bankrupt. The registrar stayed proceedings pending an appeal.
