(Per Press Association.) Wellington, last night. The fourteenth annual mooting of tho New Zealand Journalists’ Institute was held at tho Parliamentary Buildings today. It was decided that tho hoadquartors of tho institute should bo permanently looatod in Wellington. Further stops will bo taken with the 00-oporation of the Newspapers’ Proprietors’ Association to sooure the assistance of candidates for Parliament towards amending the libol i laws to bring it into lino with that of England and Queensland. Mr Kelly was elootod president, and Mr T. L. I Mills secretary for tho yoar. I
