OLAIM AGAINST SHIPPING COMPANY.

(Per Press Association.) Blenheim, last night

A case interesting to shippers of horses was deoided here after a lot of evidenoe. A. Bore claimed from the Union Steamship Company £l3l in respect to injuries sustained by the racing mare Bine Bose while being shipped from Pioton to Nelson in Maroh last. Judgment was given for £4O and costs, and the company was given leave to appeal.
