(Per Press Association.) Blenheim, last night. Tho return for tho 20th woek of the New Zealand egg-laying competition is 2545 oggs. The grand aggregate now reaches 30,417. The weekly average stands at 25.45 eggs per pen, Tho ruseoomb black Orpingtons of Mr Murphy, Blenheim,gave the high roturn of 89 for tho week, and Mr Traherne’s black Orpingtotiß from Christohnrch registered 87. In the aggregate Legs-r’s white Leghorns still maintain a strong load with 665, Brooks’ white Leghorns from South Australia seooud with 522, and Hockey's blaok OrpiDgtons, Nelson, third with 445. The A. and P. Assooiatfon’s white Leghorns and Draper’s buff Leghorns from Blenheim tie with 448, Hawko’s silver Wyaudottes from Greytown being olose up with 442. There are 50 pens in the broody department.
