I It is proposed to impeach tho Figervary Cabinet for expending money without the Diet’s authority, for infringing the rights of autonomous authorities, and other unconstitutional aotß. Denso masses of workmon are holding a demonstration at Buda Poath to impress the Diotin favor of universal suffrage. ] Reooivod 4.11 p.m., Sept. 17.
Tho President of tho Chamber, reviewing universal suffrage, remarked that his views wore woll known, but his position prevented him expressing an opinion. He beggod tbom quietly to await the deoisiou of Parliament. Tho demonstration was orderly.
