INCITEMENT TO MURDER.

Tho Treasury oalled Warley, a news vendor, to testify that Hugh Watt incited him to murder his wife and Sir Reginald Beauchamp in 1902. Warley added that bo pretended tryiDg to execute the instructions. Ho received from Watt sums totalling £SO. Watt was again remanded on bail.
