It was announced at tbe Free Churches Conference at Scarborough that the Liberal leaders were absolutely pledged to make a reversal to the present Government’s educational policy the first work when returned to power. Their proposals inelude absolute popular control of all sohools, freedom from all sectarian tests, no right of entry during school hours for the purpose of denominational teaohing, but facilities for such teaohing before or after hours.
