In eonneotion with the case of Mrs Scanlon against Leydon, to reoover £SOOO damages for alleged misrepresentation of certain property purchased by plaintiff on the advice of T. M. Slattery, the Court granted an application for a commission to examine Slattery and his wifs, who it is stated are residing in San Franoisco.
