There was an ovorflow of surface water drainage. Tbe damage dono is trifling, On tho railways numerous Binall slips woro oaused by the penetrating rain, and small washouts, but nono of tbess are sorious. Tbe rivers aud creeks were running bank high, but as the woathor was oloaring no damage is anticipated.
