The Maori house belonging to Mrs Butterwortb, of Taranaki, which was exhibited at New Plymouth exhibition early this year, will he shewn.; . The ceremonial committee was authorised to provide suitable musio for the opening ceremony at a cost of £l5O. The sites of the main building, art gallery, tnaohinery and conoert halls have been definitely located. The ooncerb halt will provide accommodation for two thousand people, /• On the application of the Education Department space l has been reserved for an exhibition representative of reoent education in all methods, especially more of the manual and technical sohoole. The High Commissioner in, London has been requested to open negotiations with several well-known British fireworks manufacturers with the object of providing a aeries of exhibitions of fireworks during the progress of the exhibition.
