In pursunnoe and exorcise of the powers veetod in them in that behalf by “ The Looftl Bodies Loans Aot, 1901,” the Cook County Oouneil do hereby resolve qb follows— for the purpose of providing the JL Interest and other ohargos on a loan ] of £l3O, authorised to be raised by the Cook County Council under the provisions of “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901,” for completing the Mangamaiaßoad, the said County CJounoil do hereby make and lovy a spooial rate of one farthing in the £1 upon the rateable valuation of all rateable property of the Mangamaia Loan District, comprising— Section Bof 1 Mangatu 1, Section G of 1 Mangatu 1, Parts 4, 5 of 1 Mangatu 1, Seotion 3 o 1 Mangatu 1, Seotion 1 of 1 Mangatu 1 Section 2 ofl Mangatu 1. And that suoh Special Bate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of suoh loan, and bo payable yearly on the first day of July in eaoh and every year during a period equal to the ourrenoy of suoh loan, being a period of 41 years or until the loan is 1 fully paid ofi'.
