The only definite nows from Portsmouth is that M.'do Witte agrees to the oloubos relating to Corea, evacuation of Manchuria and abandonment of rights there, and cossion of the Chinese Eastern Railway from Harbin southwards. M. de Witte rejoctod tne proposal to relinquish the interned warships to Japan, and limitation of Russia’s naval strength in tho Fer East.

General Linevitoh reports that a Japanese force west of Mannaran road, and I another west of the railway, assuming the offensive, reached Oandylin, a defile south j of the Shikovoga valley, and were repulsed.
