CONSOLIDATED FUND

(Per Press Association.) Wellington last night. The statement of receipts and expenditure of the Consolidated Fund for the June quarter is gazetted to-night. The balanoe at the beginning of the quarter, less Treasury bills outstanding, amounted to £761,086. Tho ordinary revenue was J 31,412,284, and the territorial revenue £29,522, making the total reooipts £2,202,848. Permanent appropriations aooounted for an expenditure of £944,508, and the annual appropriations for £872,220. Tho balanoe at tho end of tho quarter, less Treasury bills outstanding, was £476,119. The Publio Works Account shows a credit of £679,956.
