THE FISHER INCIDENT.
THE ORIGINAL VOUCHER ON VIEW.
Our Parliamentary correspondent telegraphs;—** No doubt the proceedings in Parliament during the last few days would bo of more than ordinary interest to your readors, and as they would no doubt ba curious enough to wish to sco the vouoher on which the new Reiorm Party staked and lost their political reputation, I forward a photograph copy herewith. (This is on viow at the Times temporary office to-day.) Seeing that ho had erred so grievously, it was expected that Mr Fiehcr would havo adopted the proper course apd apologised for his unwarrantable charges, but he has failed to do so, much to the disgust of alt right thinking members of the Houso. Is is, however, significant that the New Reform Party would have tho world believe that it was not a conceded attack, but that assertion is too thin, Mr Bedford having stated on Friday night that tho oharges were the result of arrangement between them. From their past actions I predicted that, if thay followed the lino of procedure adopted, it would be themselves alone that would suffer, and that has been fully borne out.” '
