It examined Mr Arnold Forster; Carl Moyer, who stated that Butler’s confused him with H. M. Meyer, he never had a shilling’s worth of interest in the contract; and Lord Milner, who said that Butler’s committee suggested the policy of handing over to the Repatriation Department the whole of the surplus stock at a joint valuation, which was perfeotly impracticable.
