TWO MEN ARRESTED ON CHARGE OE CONSPIRACY.
WILLIS LTKELY TO BE ARRESTED.

Stephens’ conditional purchases, Senior Sergeant McLean, on behalf of the Crown law authorities, obtained warrants for the arrest of W. N. Willis Hoskins, station mnnngor for Willis, andE. McNair, Willis’ confidential clerk, on a charge of conspiring to make use of Stephens for taking up a conditional purchase, thus defrauding tho Government of divbrH large sums of money. Hoskins and McNair wero arrested at Willis’ office, and wore bailed in £4OO each. Willis is expected to roach Darban in a day or two, and will probably be arrested oh arrival.
ALLEGED FORGERY.
