Walker’s funeral, with Ministers’ names on tbe faco of it ; and (2) that there was no record of any payment to Captain Seddon for organisation of the defence stores. The debate on the Financial Statement was carried on by Messrs Hogg, Hawkins, and Herdman. - 1 * j (EVENING SITTING. The House resumed at 7.30. The Financial debate was carried.on throughout the evening by Messrs Herdman, Mills, Jaa, Allan, J. C. Thomson and Sir J. G. Ward.
