[(Per- Press 'Association.) Christchurch, last nigh:

Messrs Fisher and Taylor paßHed through to Dunedin to-day. Mr Fisher states that notwithstanding tho present outlook, he yet feels confident he will establisn his case. He states that in his opinion an inquiry will have to be held, and hopes within a week of his return to Wellington to produce documentary evidence necessitating such an inquiry. He reiterates that if ho fails he will make that reparation whioh publio opinion will demand.
