Tho weather was brilliant, though the wind made shooting at 1000 yards difficult. Received 12.53 u.rn., July 24. At Bislay Sergeant Comber, of the Surrey Regiment, won tho King's prize. Sergeant Comber of the East Surrey Rogiment, with a score of 315, won the gold modal- Sargood (Australia) came 22ud with 300 arid wius .£l2, Hawthorn 32nd with 297. Brook- (Australia) 4lßt with 293, Drummond 48th with 291, each j woo £lO, Br-wu 63rd with 287 wins £B.
