By telegraph. Press Ass’n, Copyright Melbourne, July 22. The Federal Premier has received disquieting information respeciiug the Marshall Islands negotiation. Germany does not intend to redress'the grievances comlained of, and gives no promise to open the trade to whieh Australian ships are entitled under the treaty. The Cabinet is making further representations to the Imperial Government.
