Tiroaru, last night. The South Canterbury Hospital Board has decided to oppose the Waimate Separation Bill, also to ask for an ameodtuent of the Old Age Pensions Act, giving magistrates discretionary power against cancelling pensions for misbehavior in cases where Charitable Aid Boards draw the pension money.
