Mr Hogg gave notice to introduce the Flout Duty Abolition Bill. Mr Sidev moved tbo second reading of the Habituol Criminals. Bi}l, which was agreed to. Sir W. J. Steward moved the second roading of the Marriage Restrictions Rer movai Bill., Agreed to. •EVENING. SITTING. The House resumed at 7.30.
