A TOWN HALL.

A poll was taken to-day on a proposal to raise £4OOO for the erection of a town hall in Blenheim, and was carried by 304 to -221, Considerable interest was taken in the event. The old theatre which did duty for thirty years having been converted into business premises nearly two years ago, and the town having-been without a largo public ball ever since.
