OLD AGE PENSION. '(.'Per- Press Association,) Wellington, last night. After the telegraph office closed this morning Mr Taylor’s amendment was negatived by 46 to 26, and tho second reading carried by 59 to 10. Tho House rose at 3.15 a.m.
