FATHER HAYS.
(Per Press Association.-)- ■ Auckland, last night. Father Hays addressed a crowded and most enthusiastic meeting in tho Choral Hall to-night. The Hon. E. Mitchelson presided. At the end of the address the whole audience rose en masse and repeated the temperance pledge, and 903 actually took pledge papers. Clergymen of the various denominations occupied seats on the platform.
