OLD SETTLER’S DEATH
XPerrs Press Association. l ]? Christchurch, last night. Mr G. H. Meoce, an early settler in North Canterbury, died to-day, aged 92. He was owaer of Glen mark and Wakanui estates, both of which he had disposed of before his death. He was a Manxman, and was a partner of Kermode, the wellknown Tasmanian pastoralist. He also did a considerable amount of exploring work in the early days. It was on Glenmark in the sixties that Mr Moore diseovered a considerable quantity of most remains, some of which form part of the collection of the Ohristohuroh museum.
