Tho Kniaz Potemkin’s crew handed to the Prefect of Kusienji a remarkable proclamation, addressed to the Bowers, daelariog war against all Russian vessels not joining them, and premising to respect neutral territory and vessels. It is believed there are 2000 shells and a half million roubles aboard the Kniaz Potemkin.

A reserve officer named Alextff, who was captain of a merchantman, is navigating the Kniaz Potemkin. The destroyer Strenmnb.ni and several torpedoers, reported to he manned by officers disguised as seamen, and. flying the red flag, are searching for the Kniaz Potemkin.
