MR REID RETICENT.

This is interpreted to mean that Mr Roid asked for a dissolution, and that the Governor-General has requested time for consideration. Received 1 a.m., July 4, After an interview with Mr Reid, Lord Northoofce had a consultation with Mr Deakin. Lord Northcote is expected to give Mr Reid an answer fco-morrow.
