Passing the stand the second time Oblivion was in front, and York second, but at tho river tho latter went tq the front, and at tbe sheds York, Oblivion, Looh Lcohie, Merrion', and Old Chappie were close together, and York came into the straight full of running and won by five lengths. Time, 5.50.
