GUN ACCIDENTS.

A MAN KILLED. (Per Press Association.) Auckland, last night. A fatal gun aocident occurred at Manugatoroto this morning, a young man named George Curtiß blew the top of his head off. It appears'that he had been shooting a beast with a double barrelled gun, both barrels of which were loaded. After shooting the beast he dropped the butt of the gun on the ground, causing the other barrel to ezplcde with fatal results. Deceased leaves a young wife and one child. V- Constable Maher, of Taumarunui, telegraphs brief particulars of a ' fatality which occurred at Kakahi, Sydney Watspm aged three years, boing accidentally shot tn the stotuach by a boy of eight, named Charles Joy,"who was handling a pea rifle.
