Wolliogton, last night. The House resumed at 7.30. Mr Fiatman moved the address-in-reply and Mr Hogg seconded. Mr Massey spoke for an hour in criticism of the Government policy and administration. The debate then unexpectedly collapsed, and tho address was agreed* to. The House rose at 10.45.
