The General Manager of fcho National Bank of Now* Zealand, Xiimiteci, has re* ooivod a cable message from his London Board, advising the declaration of a divi* dend of 5 por cont. for the half-yoar and a bonus to shareholders of 2 por cont. on paid-up capital, equalling 12 por cent, in all for the year. Up to 31sfc March last the sum of £20,000 has boon added to the reserve fund, making it £230,000, and £8,300 is carri-d forward. The directors have again allocated £SOOO in tho reduction of the Jbank promises and £3500 to officers' pension fund. Tho annual mooting is to bo hold in London on tho 4th July.
