Hendricks, State Superintendent of. Insurance, rooommends mutualisation, equitabio reforms, legislative prohibition of investments in subsidiary moneyed or business corporation, surpluses after 7 per cent dividends, Equitable stock to be declared to belong to policy-holders. Alexander Hyde’s syndicate transactions were unlawful. Only 10 out of 52 directors owned stock in their own right. Others really represented Hyde. The report was forwarded to the Attorney-General as a basis for prosecution. .
