The sura proposed to be borrowed is £SOOO. The seeunty to be given is a Special Bate o£ One-hth rf a Penny fn tho £ on the rateable value ol all vat'aldo propel ty comprised wthin a Special District as hereinafter deiioed, for a period of 41 vears. The rate of interest to bo 4 per cent, por annum. Bis proposed to pay the cost of raising the loan and the interest for one year out of the loan moneys. J A Meeting of the Itotepayers within this Speoial District will be at the Bead Board Office, Te Karnka, on SATOBDAA, July 22, at 2 p ra. The Chairman of the Board will preside. Commencing at a point on the Waikohu liver beiDC the intersection ot too western boundary of Poututu Block 2,4, B2 and proceeding theneo by the centre of that river to the Waipaoa river, thence by tho centre of that river to tho Kangatira ford at Baraka, theneo by the centre oi the mam road to its intersection wilh the western boundary of the l'uangarehu Block, thence by that boundary to the eeutre of the Waipaoa river, lheneo towards the south east by the c-n'.ro of that river to the southwestern boundary tf the Ngakoroa No. - Block thence towards the north-east bp a. public road to the Hangataikebu stream, thence by the centra' of that stream and the centre of tho Tapuitara and the Humnui streams to the southern boundary of the Papakorokoro Block, thence by tho southern and eastern boundaries of that block and the Waihcra No. 2 Block to tho TJrumilai stream, tbence easterly by a right line to a point being tho production of a right line drawn from trig 144 to trig 129, thence by aright lmo to tiig IS', thence by anotheri right lino to trig 108, thence by a right line to trig Tangihangi, thence north-westerly by a right line to tbo western boundary of Tutamoe No. 1 Block, thence south-westerly by tbo boundaries of that block and the Waipaoa No. No. ite Block, thence south-easterly by the south-western boundaries of tbftt block to the Waingarotnia itream, thence by the centre of that stream to the Waitangi stream, thence westerly by the boundaries of Waitangi No. 1, No. 2c, No. 2b Blocks, and the Pakake-a-Whirtkoka Block to the centre of the Waipaoa r'ver. thence southerly by the centre of that river to. its junction with tho Wheao stream, thence northerly and westerly by the centre of that stream to a point being tho intersection of a line being th eeastern boundary of Block XIV Mangatu Survey District, thence northerly by that lino to the Urukokomoko stream, thence by the centre of that stream to the northern boundary of Poututu Bo Block, the Doe easterly by the boundaries of Poututu Blopk to thp noythrWgst corner of that block, thence southerly by the western boundary of Poututu Blook to the Waikohu river, the point of commoncemsnt' p.
