THE FISH CASE,
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Sydney, Tune 20, The High Court has fixed the penalties in the remaining fish cases. Each defendant was fined J2.L70 with costs. The judge said the admission of defendants, which saved tho Commonwealth much expense, had operated in fixing the amount.
