Pekin, June 29. Six hundred students, representing 26 colleges, revolted at Tientsin, and have issued leaflets in support of a boycott of American goods. Two hundred members of tho Commercial Guild, in connection ‘with 17 provinces, signed an agreement with the same object, owing to American anti-Chinese legislation. Received 10.49 p.m , June 20. Washington, June 20. It is announced-that foreiga goods used in che construction of the Panama Canal will be admitted free. Received 11.10 p.m., Juno 20.

Rome. June 20. The Government refused th 9 Garibaldi family permission to cremate General Garibaldi's body and inter the remains on the mainland, but promised that his house and grounds at Caprera would be declared national property.
