PREMIER AT NAPIER

Per Press Association. Napier, last night. The Premier arrived by express train this evening, and was entertained by tho local branch of the Liberal and Labor Federation. In replying to tho toast of the Parliament, Government, and Premier, the Premier reviewed the political work of the present Government, to which, as usual, he attributed tbe progress and prosperity of the colony. Ho will address a public meeting to morrow evening.
