London, Juno 18. Thirty fivo Koreans who wore handling a stranded torpodo were killed by it exploding. It is officially .reported that further outpost fighting occurred on Thursday and Friday.
General Linovitch reports that a Japanese dragoon captured in the Hanbo Valley confossed that the Japnnoso rice and rations had been reduced, and that provisions and cartridges were lacking.

Tbo Daily Telegraph’s St. Petersburg correspondent says that General Linevitch’s and other generals’ alleged joint massage begging for a continuation of the war was a fabrication.
MORE JAPANESE SUCCESSES. HEAVY RUSSIAN LOSSES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Received 8.56 p.m., June 19, ! •London. June 19. Tho Japanese claim several successes against General Mistehenkos. The sharpest fighting was in Kangpu district on the 16th. After routing the cavalry ontposts at Tiencbiawsdeog, 16 miles northeast of Kauping, the pursuit was bo vigorous that the Japanese captured the Russian position of Liaoyanpoping, also Lochuanpou, nine miles eastward oi Liaoyanpoping,inflicting heavy lossses. Ultimately the Russians retreated northward in great confusion, exposed to fierce shell fire,abandoning provision and clothing. Eighty dead were found in one spot. It is surmised that the total losses are great. According to prisoners 5000 of General Mitohenkos’ cavalry with 20 guns, occu. pied Linoyangping. Thirty Japanese were killed and 185 wounded.
