LATE SHIPPING.
The auxiliary schooner Kaeo (Captain Skinner) anchored in the bay at 12.30 p.m, yesterday, and was berthed at the wharf shortly before four. The vessel left Auckland on the morning of the 6th, and worked the coastal ports en route. She experienced a heavy gale when crossing the Bay of Plenty on the BSh, but came through splendidly and sustained no damage. The yessel left Tolago at 3 yesterday morning, calling Rt Whangara at 6. She brings 120 tons of foodstuffs and general cargo. The scow Reliance left for the North on Saturday afternoon. She did not clear the roadstead until after sundown, but should have got well away on getting the benefit of the southerly wind. The barquentino Frank Guy reached Napier from Gisborne on Wednesday morning. The Tarawera did the trip from Auckland yestarday in 23j- hours. The teow Tramp completed discharging logs on Saturday, and is ready to proceed North as soon as tho weather is favorable. Hor next trip is likely to he to Ngunguru, for another cargo of logs for the Alpha SawmilliDg Company,
