Mr T. E. Taylor, M.H.R., arrived here yesterday, and in the evening addressed a large audience on the no-license question. The address was moderate in tone and devoid of personalities. No questions were asked, but the speaker voluntarily explained his attitude an the Hokitika Harbor Board Bill when before Parliament last session.
