Received 10.36 p.m., June 2. ■ Paris, Juno 2. An Englishman named Harvey and three Spaniards were arrested at Paris on the 26th in connection with an intended Anarchist plot against King Alfonso. A fifth fled from the country. The police are convinced that he was the instigator of the plot. Volma, one of the Spaniards, confessed that five uncharged bombs were sent ftsra Barcelona. The police discovered an unexploded bomb on the route of procession after King Alfonso and President Loubet returned from the theatre at midnight on Thursd/^y.
