AN ANTWERP RAILWAY.
TO BE RUN BY ELECTRICITY.

The Belgian Government has .intro* duced a bill to construct a railway along £•_ the German frontier to Antwerp, via Saint Trondtongres, to make Antwerp a port for the traffic of all central Germany. _ It is proposed to employ electricity with a speed of two hundred kilometres an ho®?.
