NATIVES ATTACK FRENCH VILLAGE.

Advices have been received from Saigon that forty natives, armed with swords and knives, attacked a forest village, Bienhoa, Sharpshooters killed 16, wounded 10, and oaptured the remainder. The leader, a notorious agitator named Ongme, was wounded. He declares that Buddha entrusted him with the mission to heal the sick, expel the French, and govern in ooncert with Asiatic Sovereigns.
