APRIL EXPORTS.
I (Her Press Association.) I Wellington, last night. I During the month of April the produce exported from the colony was as follows : —Buter, 12,006 cwt, valued at £54,920; 1 choose, 10,571cwt—£23,543 ; beef, 22,951 0wt—£27,804 ; mutton, 200,488 carcases —£138,747 and 37630 wt legs and pieces—; £5179 ; lamb, 282,121 carcases—£l6B,26l oats, 76,939 bushels—£7o74 ; hemp, 2577 t0n5—£64,446. There is a considerable increase in the value of meat exported, but a decline in dairy produce, compared with the corresponding month laßt year.
