FLOUR MILLERS’ ASSOCIATION.

BREACH OF AGREEMENT- c

(Per Press Association.)

I Dunedin, last night. A case in connection with the Flour I Millors’ Association came before Mr JusI tico Williams to-day, when H. Harraway,a flour miller at Green Island, claimed! £IOO damages from tho Flour Millers' I Association for a breach of agreement. Tho I case is really ono of interpretation of I agreement. Each miller is bound to sell I only through the Association except for export, and to a free port, and is bound to supply a certain quota of flour. Harr- | away owds a mill at Croen Island, and another at Maudeville. Each is subject toa separate agreement. His contention is that ho can supply the total quota for both mills from tho Greon Island mill, thus saving the expenso of kooping tho Mandeville mill at work. Tho Association contends this would givo him an unfair advantage. Decision was reserved.
