GE NT LEM E N,— It is my intention to seek Election at the forthcoming contest, and if you do me the honor of returning me, it shall be my desiro to see that the funds of the Council shall be expended judiciously. In regard to Water and Drainage, the former we must have urgently, drainage to follow immediately. A better-lighted City and Suburbs 1b necessary. Our main streets should be watered every morning prior to 8 o’clock. I am in favor of a Bridge at Boebuck Boad or some suitable locality at the upper end of the township. “ Progress ” shall be my motto, and being -a practical man, my energies will be used to the best interests of the ratepayers.
