In regard to Water and Drainage, the former we must have urgently, drainage to follow immediately. A better-lighted City and Suburbs 1b necessary. Our main streets should be watered every morning prior to 8 o’clock. I am in favor of a Bridge at Boebuck Boad or some suitable locality at the upper end of the township. “ Progress ” shall be my motto, and being -a practical man, my energies will be used to the best interests of the ratepayers.
