BETIBIN & COUNCILEOBS. 3r Miller made special mention of tho vioes rendered to the Borough by Ors onedy, Hepburn and Johnston, to om ho was greatly indebted for many ors. Ihe Mayor said the Councillors would jreatly missed, especially Or Hepburn, } had been a member for a great many years.
